Muscle Building Guide Reviews

Are you tired of being skinny? Or, are you fed up with diets that don’t work? Got a gym membership that takes your money but doesn’t give you anything back? Have you tried every diet, weight gain plan, or protein supplement, only to find yourself in the same sorry shape but poorer?

We all want to look and feel better. Our personal appearance is the first thing that most people notice about us. Hollywood and Madison Avenue have drummed it into our heads that beauty is more than skin-deep. It matters.

Of course, you’re not a Hollywood actor. You don’t have lots of money, time, and access to the world’s top personal trainers.

So drastically changing your body from pear-shaped to Brad Pitt-shaped, or from pipe-cleaner thin to Schwarzenegger-buffed, is terribly difficult to do.

But it CAN be done.

Of course, where there’s demand, supply ALWAYS follows. There are literally dozens of muscle-building systems, guides, and programs on the market. You can find them online, in the video store, the library, and in the bookstore.

Since “One size NEVER fits all,” I thought it would be good to review each of these courses and tell you about them — The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

Do they deliver on the promises they make? Or do they make outlandish claims? Are there user testimonials to back up their bark? What are the return policies, the contents of the packages, and, VERY IMPORTANTLY, the prices?

Finally, how do they stack up against each other? Is one far superior than the others OR is one just really a waste of money?

Triple Threat Muscle (3XM)

Jason Ferruggia is a well-renowned strength and conditioning trainer who owns the Renegade Gym in New Jersey. He is a professional trainer who trains athletes from high school all the way to the pro level. He also trains “Average Joes” and he’s come out with a brand-new training system that promises to build strength, size, conditioning, flexibility, speed, and mobility.

Jason is no stranger to effective workout programs. He is also the author of the famous Muscle Gaining Secrets, which was written in 2006 and has been a best-seller ever since.

Ferruggia lays out the background behind Triple Threat Muscle (3XM) in a very detailed manner. Rather than throw stuff together, like a lot of exercise programs seem to do, Jason actually tested everything on his clients. He made some amazing discoveries, too.

Things like full-body workouts – he found these to be very effective. Different weight/rep schemes, rest periods, and workout frequency. He found, not surprisingly, that his elite athletes were  – GET THIS! – different than the rest of us.

Things they excelled in, the typical non-athlete had a hard time with. Methods that didn’t work with his athletes actually worked for his non-athletes.

Ferruggia boils it all down into an immediately-actionable 2-part manual that you can literally put to use right now. Meaning, take a couple hours to read and digest the material and then go do it!

Many otherwise excellent bodybuilding or fitness systems are hampered by a lot of theory that requires days to read and digest. Such is not the case with 3XM!

3XM is broken out into a Training manual and a Nutrition manual. Jason lays out a completely no-nonsense nutritional program that really gets back to basics. He doesn’t rely heavily on esoteric supplements nor does he get too technical with respect to ratios or calorie counting.

It’s just a common-sense prescription on both the training and nutrition fronts that set Triple Threat Muscle apart from the pack.
